Data we process
We process as little personal data as possible. Technical logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are kept temporarily for security (max 30 days).
Statistics are collected only after explicit consent via the cookie banner and are anonymised (no full IP, no cross-site tracking).
No sensitive data, no advertising networks, no data sales.
Legal bases (art. 6 GDPR)
Functional logs: legitimate interest. Statistics: consent — withdrawable at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer. Email contact: performance of your request.
Retention
Logs: 30 days. Consent record: 12 months (local). Email contact: 24 months.
Third parties
Hosting via Cloudflare (EU where possible). No transfers outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (art. 15-22 GDPR). Email privacy@water.sofie.be. You may also complain to your national DPA.
Changes
Material changes trigger an update of this page and, where required, a new consent request.
